An active product is one certificate you keep current: one product per certificate, as the Product Registry requires. Variants that CPSC treats as one product, such as apparel of the same material made and tested together, count once.

## One-time services

- **Readiness Review** ($499 one-time): One product or one shipment: we check the certificate, test reports and data elements against the rules that likely apply, and hand you a broker-ready file and a list of gaps.
- **Compliance Rescue** (from $3,500): An existing backlog of up to 30 certificate records: we inventory the evidence, map every certificate field to its source, resolve conflicts with your suppliers and labs, and move the catalogue into a monthly plan.

## What every plan includes

- A named reviewer who reads your documents; software does the extraction, a person signs off
- Evidence stored with its source: document, page and date for each certificate field
- Versioned records: a factory change or new test report creates a new version, never an overwrite
- Exports your customs broker can file from, as a Full PGA Message Set or a Reference PGA Message Set

## What we do not do

- We are not a customs broker and do not file entries in ACE; your broker files, from our export
- We are not a testing laboratory; we work with any CPSC-accepted lab you use
- We are not a law firm and do not give legal opinions; where a question needs counsel, we say so
- We do not certify your products; the importer remains the certifier, as 16 CFR part 1110 requires
