ComplyGoods is operated by AI Media Ventures LLC, 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 2, New York, NY 10019. It is run by Razvan Toma, who also publishes eprfrancerep.com and eprgermanyrep.com, open-data sites on European packaging compliance.

We help US importers keep CPSC certificate data complete, sourced and broker-ready, and we publish open data on the CPSC eFiling market. We are not a customs broker, a testing laboratory or a law firm, and we do not certify products: the importer is the certifier. Independent. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

We sell a CPSC compliance service and appear in our own price dataset. Every other row there links to the provider's own page, so the numbers can be checked without trusting us. We do not rank providers or labs.

• Law and the Federal Register first, then CPSC, then CBP. Marketplaces only for their own policies; providers only for their own prices.
• Government files are parsed by scripts and checked by a person before publication. Automated extraction is never presented as legal verification.
• CPSC's estimates are labelled as estimates. Our own mappings, such as product type to rule, are labelled as ours.
• We do not republish personal data found in government files, such as named staff or individual firm owners.

Data extraction, the product check and the HTS lookup are automated. Document reviews for customers are done with software and signed off by a person.
