Quick answer
CPSC's eFiling citation code list (December 2025 update) has 130 entries: 83 rules certified only on a CPC, 26 only on a GCC, 14 on either, and 7 marked as needing no certificate. The toy standard ASTM F963 alone has 41 section codes. It also lists 53 testing exclusion codes.
